We’re so excited to launch Body First Strong- our Digital Membership! Train with Body First Strong in the comfort of your own home, when you travel, in the park, or even at the gym. Train how you want, when you want and where you want.
With a growing library of exercises, workouts for levels, on-demand classes, live events, member-only online discounts, and exclusive offers. Body First Strong has got you covered when it comes to staying fit (and getting fitter!).
Body First Strong Digital Access Includes full access to:
- Body First Strong Online Classes
- Body First Strong Exercise Library
- Body First Strong Workout Library
- Access to our Private Body Firs Online Facebook Support Group and Community
**Please note that this digital membership does not include any in-person Body First Fitness classes, discounts at Body First locations.
This membership is a monthly reoccurring charge that can be canceled anytime by the participant, or Body First Strong.
Your card will be charged on a recurring basis. Subscription and member online access will continue to renew until canceled.
MONTHLY ROLL-OVER- You will be charged every 1 month
QUARTERLY ROLL-OVER- You will be charged every 3 months
6 MONTH ROLL-OVER- You will be charged every 6 months
ANNUAL ROLL-OVER- You will be charged every 12 months
